Call on Police Departments across the country to stop using excessive force on peaceful protesters.

Created by C.M. on November 20, 2011

Throughout the country, police have wildly overreacted to peaceful civil disobedience engaged in by Occupy protesters. This has taken forms from firing tear gas and baton rounds into crowds of protesters in attempts to disperse them, to spaying lines of protesters who were linked arm in arm, thus unable to assault an officer, with pepper spray for periods of time that were excessive for any circumstance short of a direct assault on an officer.
