President Obama Admistration should cut aids to South Sudan Kiir Government. Because he ordered the murder of innocent Nuer People in Juba, South Sudan on 25th Dec, 2013. President Kiir is the one who created this mess in order to avoid upcoming election and to stay in power like his supporter President of Uganda. He should be refered to ICC for the crimes he committed in South Sudan.
