This petition calls for the Obama Administration and President Obama personally to show real leadership on the climate change issue. President Obama has said on many occasions that climate is a real threat to the planet and that major steps need to be taken now to address this threat. We cannot afford to wait any longer. I call on the President and his Administration to show real and personal leadership. I call on the President to effectively ground Air Force One except in exceptional emergencies. Almost all Presidential business can be handle through various telecommunication channels. I further ask that First Lady Obama never us government planes again since she had no official duties. Additionally I call for the White House to refrain from use of Air Conditioning and Heat.
