Sequestration would not have occurred if it were not for the failure of the "supercommittee" of 2011 to find $1.2 trillion in budget cuts. These members of Congress, Patty Murray. Jon Kyl. Max Baucus. Rob Portman. John Kerry. Pat Toomey, failed to do their job, and should be held accountable. They should be removed from office through a recall election to let the people vote for new members of Congress.
