Call For Reform to Public Law 111-37 “The False Promises of Veteran’s Education”

We as Service members and our dependents have who have met the Post 9/11 or MGIB have entrusted that the benefits earned would be there in hopes of earning our educational goals. Public Law 111-37 has been revised to gain back Housing Allowance promised to full time students, vets if not actively engage in a college course will not received BAH at the E-5 rate basically this acts requires vets and their dependents to have courses schedule in a manner that eliminates breaks in order to qualify for a 100% of BAH. This means no BAH benefits as full time student on summer vacation or time lost between courses
