Call for the release of Adam Kokesh from the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

We call for the immediate release of Adam Kokesh from the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, and the dismissal of all criminal charges relating to the police raid on his residence on July 9th. The raid was in response to his July 4th Youtube video showing him carrying and loading a shotgun in Freedom Plaza in an act of civil disobedience to show support for the 2nd Amendment and protest against the government restriction of rights. The whole basis of the warrant leading to his arrest was issued in response to him exercising his 2nd Amendment rights, something that should have been completely legal, which the government has no right to deny. Therefore anything found and held against him should be inadmissible, and charges should be dropped. He was arrested and is being held illegally.
