This petition calls for the resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder for lying in front of a Congressional committee. The fact that he said he knew nothing about the attack on the AP as well as the Fox News reporter James Rosen has been proven to be a lie. At the very least he signed his name to the documents allowing the search and seizure of this information. This leaves only a few excuses available to him; blatant ignorance, a distorted moral compass, or a flat out lie. None of which are acceptable to the American public regardless of party affiliation.
