Due to statements in the press concerning the Presidential election and candidates, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has inserted herself into politics in a manner that calls her impartiality into question. These actions could undermine the reputation of any future Supreme Court ruling of which she is a party.
In order to restore the reputation of the Court, Justice Ginsburg should resign her office immediately.
