We the people of The United States of America call for the resignation of President Obama and his administration for gross negligence and dereliction of duty concerning the following:
Total disregard for American lives and security in the handling of the Benghazi attacks. Failure to perform duties of the President and abandoning his post during this crisis.
Failure to oversee agencies under his command, specifically the Internal Revenue Service for their targeting of specific political and religious organizations within the United States.
Allowing the Department of Justice to seize phone records from the AP in violation of the First Amendment.
President Obama has allowed the above failures either by his direction or by his dereliction of the duties of the President and should resign.
