Roger Goodell, during his tenure as Commissioner of the National Football League, has demonstrated incredible ineptitude for his position. He has made the league's penal process into an arbitrary system that is entirely based upon his own subjective, and often extraordinarily biased, opinions, and has caused irreparable damage to the NFL brand. Since the NFL is one of the largest businesses in America, I believe the White House, which has in the past intervened in sports matters, should take a stand against Mr. Goodell and what he has turned the nation's biggest sporting league into.
