Every year thousands of Americans with health problems qualify for state-approved Medicinal Marijuana throughout our country. However, The Department of Justice, led by Eric Holder, has refused to recognize their civil liberties. Many of these so-called-criminals are in critical conditional and are in dire need of Medicinal Marijuana. These raids and crackdowns on licensed facilities, registered caregivers, and patients have been authorized by Holder's Justice Department.
As states continue to choose to allow both Medicinal and Recreational Marijuana, it is time to make vital changes within the Federal Government to allow the people's choices. The first statement we can make is to replace a staunch prohibitionist with someone who will respect our will.
