Call a special session of congress to address the border crises and an extension of transportation funding.

Under article 2, section 3 of the constitution the President has the power to "on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses or either of them." The current Congress has shown no interest in addressing either the current border crisis or the need to extend transportation funding desperately needed to maintain our infrastructure and increase jobs. It is inexcusable that they are now taking over a month off of work in a year that they have a record low number of work days scheduled. Bring them back and force them to be accountable for not doing their jobs!
