Call for a stop to excessing spending on superfluous and wasteful training exercises for military personnel.

Millions to billions of Dollars are wasted by military leaders by conducting mil to mil exercises that have little to no training value and/or are done with the intent to win the hearts and minds of the people of the host nation. This money could be better spent on fixing housing for Soldiers and military families as well as improving overall quality of life to everyone involved. Lets keep an eye out for the military service members serving today and force Congress to better manage monies associated with the Armed Forces. Service members should not have to hear that "we have no money" is a valid excuse for them to have outdated equipment. Lets use that money for what it is really for; to fight and win our nations wars.
