The "No Child Left Behind" left many doors open for teachers, principals and staff of school boards of education to CHEAT a child out of his or her educational needs and had done so to MEET "N.C.L.B. Standards" giving those children a disadvantage in their education including but not limited to false reporting of student grades, changing grades of students to make them appear more intelligent, lowering test standards and to make it appear that those students are making a passing grade in order to meet "N.C.L.B. Standards". That parents of these children shall demand restitution in the sum of $53,000 per student affected according to "N.C.L.B. Standards".
