WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America do hereby petition President Barack Obama to:
Stand before the American People and call for a time of national humility, fasting, prayer, and repentance from our wicked ways.
Acknowledge before the world that all the good blessings we enjoy as a nation come from the one True God and, as George Washington said in his inaugural address, "that no nation can expect God to smile on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which Heaven itself has ordained."
Publicly proclaim that only through seeking God's face can we expect that our land would be forgiven and healed.
Earnestly urge all the people, especially people in positions of leadership and authority, to do this to avoid His coming righteous judgement upon us all.
