Call for Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg to step down from public office.

Created by R.M. on August 19, 2014

In 2013 Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg, was arrested for a DUI. Regardless of being found guilty and serving time in jail, she still continues to serve in a place of public trust.

She has proved that she is not worthy of serving in such a position, and should step down out of respect for her office and as a sign of integrity. The people of Travis County, Texas placed special trust in her to hod others accountable for their actions. If a member of the military were to be arrested for a DUI, they would be removed from service. Why should a District Attorney be held to a different standard?
