Like the Korea War the administration needs to call on the United Nations Security Council to pass a resolution to authorize international forces, under the UN flag, to act against ISIS. ISIS has caused the displacement of 6.5 million plus people and the deaths of 220,000 men, women, and children. They are a threat to international peace and security and the UNSC needs to do something about it.
