As a show of vested interest in the establishment of a true and realistic federal budget and the maintenance of it, all non-politically appointed or elected personnel within the Executive and Legislative branches of our Government should voluntarily, or under duress if necessary, join the rest of we Appropriated Fund Civilian Employees who are giving up 20% of our income for the foreseeable future toward making an extremely small dent in our federal deficit.
This would (1) increase savings perhaps dramatically , and (2) Perhaps be the first step towards a more truly homogeneous multiculturalism where many different cultures can live together with common goals for and belief in this union that supports and provides for all of us in some way or another.
