The federal government must intervene California's Senate Bill 1322 — a bill decriminalizing child prostitution. If this bill is executed, prostitution organizers will have the incentive to increase child prostitution, although the organization of prostitution is still illegal. Prostitution organizers will find ways to avoid laws put in place to stop them, and this is no exception. With the execution of this bill, police officers will no longer be able to interfere with minor victims of child prostitution organization — a key advantage to child prostitution organizers.
