The President calls for the Governors of All 50 States to Meet Independently Of Federal Government (As Is Their Right) & Immediately Create a Plan For a Constitutional Convention to Reform That Govt. The Purpose Of This Convention Is To Institute Term Limits For All Elected Federal Positions. To Remove Congress' Ability To Grant Themselves Raises. To Restore The Original Constitutional Provision of 1 Elected Representative For Every 30,000 Citiizens. To Make Citizenship Requirements More Stringent. To Restore Selection Of Senators to State Governors, Subject to Confirmation by State Assemblies. To Prevent Discrimination Against Citizens In Favor Of Non-Citizens. Also To Include Other Changes, Such That Government Is Again By And For The People, Under Strict Constitutional Interpretation.
