Call upon the President to challenge the declared Constitutional arguments against gun control legislation.

The President's base expertise is as a Constitutional Scholar, yet we have rarely heard him draw upon this intellectual foundation to challenge SCOTUS, and legislation pertaining to interpretations of the second amendment. It would be nice to hear the President draw from his store of knowledge on constitutional issues in expressing policies toward weapons regulation, and other issues. His second term is a good opportunity for an honest declaration of his interpretation of the Constitution.
