After the sudden death of the Supreme Court, Associate Justice Antonin Scalia President Barack Obama who has to leave the White House in January 2017 claimed that he intends to appoint a liberal candidate at the Supreme Court. There were not many presidents who appointed Supreme Court Justices in their final year of presidency.
We call on the US Congress to prevent the dangerous appointment that not only threatens the system of checks and balances but undermines the stability of the Union.
