We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Call on the US Military to detain Hillary Rodham Clinton and Donald John Trump Jr. under Sec. 1021 of the 2012 NDAA

Created by C.S. on July 24, 2016

Under section 1021 of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, "the president of the US can indefinitely imprison any person who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban or associated forces engaged in hostilities against the US or its coalition partners, as well as anyone who commits a "belligerent act" against the US".

Both candidates have created a systemic risk to the long term sustainability to the health and wellbeing of this nation by subverting the democratic process through lies, election fraud and by fostering the two party dichotomy through facilitating the ideological division and by discouraging logical and intelligent conversation. As such, they have committed a multitude of "belligerent acts" and should be detained and tried for Domestic Terrorism.
