Call for a Voluntary Bush Tax-Cut Rollback

Numerous wealthy Americans have asked to have their tax percentage increased due to the inequity of the current tax code. President Obama, please call for a Voluntary Bush Era Tax-Cut rollback so that millionaires and billionaires can voluntarily give their fair share in taxes. Some members of Congress have stated that if wealthy Americans feel guilty about not paying enough taxes, then they can send a check to the IRS. I say, officially give these wealthy Americans the opportunity to express their patriotism and willingness to help improve our economy by voluntarily asking that their tax percentage be increased. This could be accomplished by a Presidential Initiative by-passing Congressional approval altogether.
