It is hereby requested by the Citizenry of the United States of America that the Office of the President of the United States of America call for a vote in both legislative houses to amend the United States Constitution. The amendment shall put in place Congressional Term Limits and in the interest of Government spending reform it should include language to revoke all health care and insurance benefits, retirement benefits and pension benefits of all sitting and future elected members of Congress in both houses. The amendment shall also include language to call for the removal from office of all current sitting elected members of Congress at the end of their present terms and prohibit candidacy in or for further Congressional Terms.
