Call for the Withdrawl of Approval granted by US HHS for Califronia Section 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver 11-W-0019

Secretary Sebelius if the US Government is going to stand by and let the State of California continue the systemic violation of the Civil Rights of over 140,000 children by depriving them of their PROPERTY RIGHT in their TITLE XIX SOCIAL SECURITY ACT FUNDED MEDICAID PROGRAM without DUE PROCESS and afforded NO PROTECTION that has been going on for over six and a half years, then the only honorable thing to do is to withdraw the approval granted of California Section 1115 Medicaid waiver #11-W-00193/9. You cannot “waive” constitutional protections and rights, you cannot “carve out” due process of law and equal protection for some of "We the people"
