Jia is a farmer in Shijiazhuang City China, his marriage house was illegal demolitions by the village officials, then his fiancee broke up and leave, he was angered under the shock with nail gun shot the village head, surrendered on the way to Police but striked down by the village head relatives, so Jia surrendered surrender plot is not recognized by the authorities.
If surrendered to be accepted according to the Chinese law, the little social harm of passion to kill, almost certainly will not be sentenced to IEDP(Immediate execution of the death penalty).
