People all across the United States are suffering from various illnesses that could be treated with medical marijuana but in most States the use of marijuana still remains illegal. Legalizing medical marijuana would not only help treat patients who are suffering from many different forms of illnesses but also create a large profit for our country, and lower crime rates (these positive changes have been observable in many states, especially Colorado). Let us take the next step forward in helping our nation's people and stopping the overwhelming amount of pharmaceutical abuse by replacing side effect ridden medications and turn towards something more natural that can be government regulated.
