The Cambodian Government always order to the military to fight or shoot the Cambodian people or protester when the peoples protest want to be something. Cambodian government also order to the police, military and security guard to force the peoples leave from land and home, and then the government give the land to the private company because of corruption. Peoples always complain to the local court but the court are under the ruling party especially under the Prime Minister. What should we do? Can we complain this to the International Criminal Court (ICC)?
