It is obvious that the biggest problem the United States faces isn't any of the individual issues that plague our nation. The single biggest problem we face is our own political system.
Through campaign and lobbying laws our political system has become little more than legalized bribery.
Campaigns for public office will be financed solely by private citizens up to $100 max per campaign cycle. The FEC will match funds as specified on the election check off on tax forms. Violation of this will result in a permanent disqualification from elected office. The FEC will maintain a public website containing all relevant data and will comply with any request made under the Freedom of Information Act.
It is essential to the public good that govt hold to the people themselves and no other entity.
