All the business man in the world who want to create or recreate or increase their business, but not all them have enough money to support this, it is not easy to borrow money from banks, or even the friends or the people around them. So we really need this kind of what I call it "money agency" to solve this kinda problem, in terms of the interests and all the details, we talk it later, so think about it president Obama, I sincerely hope this will come true one day.
