Can the US share environmental technology with more countries?

Good afternoon,Mr President!
I am Chinese.There are very serious environmental problems in my country,people dump garbages verywhere just because we don't know how to deal with them.when the number grow too large,we have to burn them out.Everytime i see the dark smoke,i cann't help to wonder if there is a better way to solve the problem.
We know the USA has the most advanced environmental technology. if US shared more environmental technology with the world and help other countries deal with the problem,we can make our home planet more beautiful.
Of course,you have more critical economic issues and job issues to worry.But sometimes a small step can make a very different future.
