Urging Mr.President Obama to cancel the 3 year and 10 year bar to re-entry into the US and unite families.
Many families find themselves in situations where they cannot leave their loved ones behind in an emergency medical situation or other critical situations and overstay beyond their authorized period of stay. However, they are good moral individuals with no criminal history. Circumstances can force one to make tough decisions. The Laws do not make provisions for their specific situations. Every year U.S has countless visitors but a handful of them from time to time may need to overstay as their situation demands. They are subsequently barred from re-entry and their visas cancelled. Please sign this petition to amend the laws and cancel the bar to re-entry.
