We the People petition the Obama Administration to cancel the $376 million dollar West Wing renovation project under the grounds that the cost of said project is excessive and unnecessary.
In a weak and struggling economy with a $16 trillion Dollar National Debt we believe the Obama Administration should redirect the alloted $376 million dollars into places where it would better serve the American people.
Examples of places where the money would be of better use are:
Education
Veteran services
Sheltering the homless
Feeding the poor
Mental Health Services
