cancel all inaugural events that are taxpayer funded for Presidents who have been elected for a second term.

This action would save the U.S. taxpayers tens if millions of dollars. With the budget mess the United States is in it is a waste if money to hold all the inaugural activities for a President that has already been in office. Eliminating this expense would show The American People that the President is being truthful about his concern for the taxpayers in The United states of America.
