cancel all "sim-locks" on all cellular carriers.

i request that all the carriers will sell their phone "simfree". the reason that i'm requesting this is to make cell phones no different from any other electronic device on the market. when i buy a television, i am not subjugated to repair it at one specific store or to get a specific cable company plan. a cell phone is no different.
in Israel, there was a big reform of cell phones (including this) and it just made the price more affordable for all people. when someone signs that agreement, and buys a newer cell phone from a private place, he still pays for the old device and that's fine. if this person wants' let him unlock the phone. at the end of the day, when i buy a phone, it is mine to use however i like. if i choose to unlock it, i still pay for it and still pay to the carrier.
