cancel all tax breaks for businesses who do not employ Americans for 85% of its workforce.

I am sick of Republicans refering to all business owners as 'job creators' when it is these same businesses who have sent our jobs overseas. I think all businesses who receive tax breaks should be required to employ Americans for at least 85% of its workforce. If a business employs fewer than 85% Americans in its workforce, that business should loose all tax breaks and pay an additional tax penalty which would be graduated - the fewer percentage of Americans its employs, the higher the tax penalty. Employers enjoying the tax breaks and freedoms in America, need to employ Americans.
