The Obama administration plans to " celebrate " 15 years of Plan Colombia with the presence of the last 3 Colombians Presidents. We the people believe this 15 years of Plan Colombia have been a disaster for human rights and crimes against humanity. 1. The policy of Fumigating crops is vanishing communities in the countryside by making people sick and increasing the displace population, like the napalm in Vietnam. 2. The policy of giving money and training to Colombia military army has increases the abuses on civil population. The Colombia army has apply the well known policy of " body count " used in Vietnam, known in Colombia as " positive false " were farmers are kill and dress as guerrillas. We ask the Obama administration to cancel this " celebration " it is flat to fact.
