The drone program is a violation of the civil liberties for people around the world, but if it is used on American citizens like it's scheduled to be, then that would be in direct violation of the 4th and 10th amendments. Civil liberties are at stake. The Obama administration promised to close Guantanamo, which it not only failed to do, but it is now killing suspected terrorists before they would even have a CHANCE for a fair trial.
