Cancel the F-35 JSF project and buy Swedish Gripens. Gripens really awesome and would look boss with "USAF" on them.

The Swedish produced Gripen NG is an affordable 4.5 generation fighter. Far more capable in a multi-purpose role than the F-35, the Gripen would make a fine addition to the American arsenal. Plus the Gripen is designed for basing in forward areas with minimal support. This petition calls for the USAF to dump the F-35 and buy lots of awesome Gripens.
