Cancel the natural-born-citizen law, to have the U.S. newborns to follow parents' immigration status.
There are so many coming to the U.S. for U.S. born citizen babies for advantages, such as parents' immigrating to the U.S. after the child is 21 years old, attending public schools, receiving low income benefits, retirement and medical benefits without ever paying income taxes.
Why are we paying taxes for free riders? What are their contributions to this country?
