cancel the next presidential innoguration festivities and use the funds to serve meals to the poor by the pres & congres

A petition asking the next president and congress to cancel the next innoguration festivities which cost tens even hundreds of millions of dollars and donate those funds to feeding the poor in the USA and to ask that on that innoguration day the president and members of Congress spend their day in a city within their respective constituencies at a soup kitchen serving dinner to the poor, without advertising in advance where they will be.
