People who live in states without state-run healthcare exchanges deserve a federal site that functions.
The errors that pervade the new healthcare exchange website are inexcusable and clearly nothing but the result of a very substandard design. These are not "glitches", but simle problems that normal websites do not have and nobody would pay for such non-functionality. The fact that it has never and still does not function is unacceptable.
CGI, the website design company that the government hired to create the website has ripped the people off. They should have to answer publicly to every member of Congress for this disaster. In any case, require them to return any money already paid for this non-functional non-website and hire a different company to make a site that works.
