cancel the re-inauguration party and spend all that money on schools or something

I read online that this re-inauguration party is going to cost somebody $110,000,000+ If that is true I really think that money could be put to so much better use somewhere else like schools, roads, pretty much anything to help american citizens, just not a giant party.
