Cancel Royal Dutch Shell's drilling lease in the Arctic. Declare the Arctic a marine protected area.

Created by I.H. on September 01, 2015

Cancel Royal Dutch Shell's Arctic drilling lease. Declare that all shores of the United States to be marine protected areas. The Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic Coast, the Pacific Coast, the Arctic sea, and all other bodies of water that are under the United States of America jurisdiction.
This means no more offshore drilling. Propose a massive public works program investing in green energy to meet our countries needs and to offset the demand of fossil fuels.
