Cancel sentence O. Viktorov, who was convicted under the dictator Yanukovych and was granted political asylum in Denmark

Oleksandr Viktorov was a member of the Volyn Regional Council of the opposition party "Svoboda" (Freedom). In 2012, he was sentenced to 5 years in prison. The prosecution was politically motivated and fabricated criminal case. This happened when the President was a dictator Yanukovych. In March 2015 Viktorov was granted political asylum in Denmark. All courts have been passed in Ukraine under Yanukovych more. Therefore, there is no legal possibility to cancel the sentence. New President Poroshenko may issue a decree of pardon, and the Parliament - to adopt a separate law on rehabilitation. After the change of power in Ukraine, not all politically motivated sentences were canceled. Therefore, we ask the US President's address to the Ukrainian authorities to pardon and rehabilitate Viktorov
