In recognition of the United States Military Academy's victory over the United States Naval Academy on 10 December 2016, snapping a 14-year streak, we respectfully request that Congress and the President of the United States act to cancel Term End Exams (TEEs), grant an additional 5% on final grades for each academic course, and shorten Reorganization Week Academic Year 17-2 to two days for the United States Corps of Cadets (USCC).
