In an effort to restore funding to more important programs adversely affected by Sequestration, I would suggest that a more effective cost savings would be found in canceling utilities (electric, heat, water, phone, internet) and janitorial services for the Capitol office buildings until such time that both chambers of the Legislative Branch are able to pass a budget.
