Cannabis should be regulated and controlled.

Marijuana easily acquires a vote of yes in legalization on my ballot, the cost of banning this product and enforcing our harsh regulations on it is costing millions of dollars and since most distrubutors aren't large scale the money seized is not nearly enough to cover the cost of large scale investigations, so we have to foot the bill, instead of wasting money eardicating, control and regulate it so that money could be directed to something needed such as other much more harmful drugs that are ruining peoples lives, and families. Maybe with legalization other nations would join and increase our global trade. Its not just about money this drug can help millions of patients if allowed. I see no reason to deny a valuable oppurtunity such as cannabis solely based on past value's and law.
