Cap the Capital Gains tax at 15% for those families making less than $500,000 a year. The IRS is losing a lot of tax revenue with the Capital Gains tax set at 15% on everyone, even the very rich. Those making over $500,000 don't really need the break. Families making less than this can really use the break and the amount of money involved is not significant.
We must be proactive and not let our few little tax breaks get negotiated away, even by people of good will.
